🔨 Carpenter
Experienced in residential and commercial carpentry. Must be able to read blueprints and work independently or with a team.
🪚 Wood Framer
Skilled in framing houses, decks, and additions. Ability to work with wood structures efficiently and accurately.
🏗 Steel Framer
Experience in steel stud framing for interior/exterior walls, ceilings, and bulkheads. Knowledge of layout and code compliance required.
🧱 Tiler
Detail-oriented tile setter for floors, walls, and backsplashes. Must have experience with various tile types and waterproofing techniques.
🪵 Laminate Floor Installer
Proficient in installing laminate, vinyl, or engineered flooring. Must have own tools and be precise with cuts and finishes.
✂️ Trims & Baseboards Installer
Finishing carpenter skilled in installing baseboards, casings, trims, and crown moulding with clean joints and tight details.
🚪 Doors Installer
Must be able to install interior and exterior doors, including pocket and sliding doors. Accuracy and alignment are key.
🧰 General Laborer
Assist skilled trades with materials, site clean-up, and basic construction tasks. Willingness to learn and be punctual is a must.
🛠 Handyman
Multi-skilled individual capable of handling small repair jobs, maintenance, and light renovations. Strong problem-solving required.
